How we ship

At Austin Fitness Group, LLC, the goal is simple: when you order, your gear should show up fast. Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day, and many ship out the same day if placed earlier in the day.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the journey from our doors to yours.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. That includes the mainland, Alaska, and Hawaii.

If a carrier cannot service a specific address or considers it undeliverable, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout to arrange an alternative option or to update your order.

Fast delivery, coast to coast

Our standard service is designed to be as fast as possible without making things complicated. Typical delivery windows, once the package leaves our facility, are:

  • Most mainland U.S. addresses: 2–4 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and some remote locations: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather, holidays, or unexpected service disruptions, but our team always aims to move orders quickly and keep you informed.

Shipping cost

For qualifying orders, we offer fast delivery across the United States at highly competitive or promotional rates, which are clearly displayed at checkout before you pay. Periodically, we may run free‑shipping or flat‑rate promotions; when available, they will appear directly on the site or in the cart.

Order accuracy and address details

To keep things moving quickly, it’s important that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct. Please double‑check the street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, and ZIP code before confirming your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or refused at delivery, we’ll work with you to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment, and any original shipping fees may not be refundable once the package has been processed.

Tracking and delivery issues

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you’re unable to locate the package, please:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation

  • Check around the delivery location and with neighbors, building staff, or front desk

  • Allow a short buffer time in case the carrier marks a package as delivered slightly before it physically arrives

If the package still hasn’t appeared, contact us and we’ll review options with you. If an order arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and items so our team can assist.
